Hi, thanks for your work. I do not work "my files", starts, gives error and leaves. You could pass me the application to install it ..
3. Work fine, thank you.3.Settings/Apps / App / Storage / clear Cache/data.
Or wipe all in Recovery.
Could you Insert a Sim quickly and tell of you get sim/data Working?
I'm sorry to say that my network doesnt work normally
I'm with p905f0 model (korea) and I flashed p905f0 zip.
When I reboot, it works for about 1minute. but after, it doesnt work. working and non-working situation repeats. How can I fix it?
I think the device is losing connection to Sim itself. It's not a network / data problem. I had similar problems with Note 7 ports on Note4 N910F and my workaround there was to clean flash Rom then set up Rom without Wi-Fi and then reflash the kernel. After that my N910f reconized my sim propertly. Couldn't test this method yet...Exatly the same situation here. Installed Baseband is P905xxuabof4.
Indicator for GSM signal quality is (and stays) full signal strength with provider Vodafone in Germany.
ATM it looks like the same problem as after the update from Kitkat to Lollipop: Starting the device, GSM works for, say a minute, and then connection is lost. When I'm counting right, then there are at least three users with GSM-problems on this device.
I would like to avoid that "old problems with RIL and modem" lead in unnecessary work for Valera. So I would like to ask, if there is a SAVE!!! way to generally reset the device and make a fresh install. After that we could track down the problem..
TIA
Stevie

https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=71424357&postcount=55 ..... Downloaded the latest P905F0UBPK4_P905F0KOOBPK4_KOO.I installed this rom from official samsung lollipop and made clean flash.
I think my problem is because of my device's (p905f0) official rom's outdated(maybe) modem if there is no problem with my installing method.
Problem was: GSM connection was working for something about 1 minute after startup. After that period of time, data packets were send, but never received anymore. With some hints from @LegendSmoker I managed to solve it for me. Here is a little step-by-step-guide:
1) Boot in download mode, connect device to Odin
2) In Odin deactivate "Auto reboot" and install Lollipop Stock ROM with multi CSC. ....or install one with CSC "BTU".
3) After flashing Stock ROM, flash root-image.
4) Reboot in Samsung-recovery and do a "factory reset".
5) Reboot to system (takes some time), deactivate WLAN, skip all setup screens where possible and test GSM connection. ...it should be functional.
99) Optional: When using Stock ROM with multi CSC, install "Phone Info" and change CSC to "BTU". In my case, Phone Info was not able to change the CSC, so I used Stock ROM with "BTU"-CSC. So, for me, there was no need to change the CSC. CAUTION: When changing the CSC, a factory reset is done, and you will loose data!
6) Reboot in download mode and install TWRP with ODIN.
99) Optional: Reboot in recovery (TWRP). If you like, you can do a backup as a, say, "meta base" for further testings. (Lollipop, with CSC = BTU, TWRP and functional GSM-connection)
7) Reboot into recovery and wipe cache, Dalvik cache, data and system.
8) In TWRP, flash Valera's "Marshmallow Touchwiz N7-Port"
9) Reboot to system (takes some time), again skip as many setup steps as possible, deactivate WLAN and test GSM connection (setup / check APN and so on). After first test, leave device 5 minutes (or so) untouched and once more test the GSM connection. If it still works...open a beer and say CHEERS!
10) After reboot you can proceed with setting up your device. ...and hopefully anything is fine!

@LegendSmoker:
Is handwriting recognition working on your device?
Only thing I get, is an empty field where I could write with the S Pen, but the device is not responding to my handwriting input...and two seconds later, I get the message that Samsung keyboard has stopped!
Tested with 20170312 and 20170314
TIA
