you can flash the origianl samsung firmware and then update via Kies to 5.0.2.
That is what i did.
This was the only way to get the modem firmware flashed. with odin they would not stick because the modified flag was set.

However, after some digging I've already flashed the Russian firmware and then this ROM. So far, everything seems to work. At least it asked for PIN and is downloading apps at the moment. Tomorrow at work I'lll see if LTE also works. At home it's EDGE-time

I guess you didn't understand me. I have no shut downs or reboots at all.

I was saying that if my tablet is off and I charge it, the screen turns on to show battery state and never turns back off again , even if I press the power button. It's annoying to have my tablet locked turned on all night while is charging.

Anyone with the same problem?

When my tablet is off and i charge it, i get at battery icon and the texts in the corner "Rom is not seandroid enforcing" or something similar.

When i unplug it from the charger this screen stays on until the battery is drained again if i do nothing.

If i want to turn on my tablet after i charged it, i need to first press the power button for 5-10 seconds which in the end makes the tablet turn completely off. After that i must release the power button and press it for 5 seconds for the unit to turn on and begin loading.

This is the most annoying problem with this rom.

The other annoying thing is that sometimes it looses wifi connectivity. Wifi will say disconnected and not reconnect before i go to the settings/wifi menu and manually click on the wifi i want. After that it connects but some times it get's into a repeated connect/disconnect flip/flop cycle.

Also i can not connect to my sonos units when i am on 5GHz wifi, and it works fine on 2.4GHz, but im not sure if this is the rom or my wifi router acting up.

I am not an expert in Android stuff, but the problems that you are experiencing look as kernel related. From which firmware did you upgrade to this rom?

Das "Bios" welches unter dem Recovery Menü liegt, meckert den den Kernel an und zählt entsprechend den counter hoch. Boote das Tablett einmal in Fastboot: dann siehst du oben die Counter. Ein Weg von Samsung um um die Garantie und Gewährleistung rum zu kommen. Nachdem Beides bei mir ( und vermutlich auch bei dir) abgelaufen ist : anyway
Wenn es dich stört : flash die letzte offizielle FW drüber. Der Knox Counter will jedoch auch 0x01 bleiben...
Juckt mich jedoch alles nicht mehr, solange das Tab das macht, was es soll und up to date ist.... Ein fettes Danke an den Ersteller der 6.01, da das P905 nicht offiziell von CM unterstützt wird...
Welches Howto meinst du?
wenn du das TWRP Recovery drauf hast: eine SD-Karte rein, welche mit Fat32 oder exfat formatiert ist, die Files der aktuellen Software ( Eröffnungsthread) enthält, bei Bedarf die Google Stock ( s. Eröffnungsthread) ; in TWRP booten, Factory Reset ueber alles ausser der SD-Karte; erst die FW als zip auswählen, dann die Googleapps flashen, wipe Cache und Dalvid, reboot, warten, warten, warten... und die Infos wie bei einem Jungfräulichen System eingeben

Actually, no, it won't. Drain, at least for me, is much worse than stock (4.4, never tried 5). There is potential in CM13, my Note 4 lasts very long, but this ROM (currently on 20160708) doesn't yet.

Oooh, I'm on 5.0.2 stock currently, and even with all TW craziness running around in the background, I get infinitely better battery life than that horrible note 2014 Edition..

I got amazing battery life from most cm roms on my note 4 also.

Before flashing this ROM you have to be on the latest official Samsung firmware.
I flashed the latest Russian firmware on my German tablet and my SIM-card is working fine.
