@buzzdr0id In fact, you can do it and without to flash newer ver of philz or raw kernel.
Go to Recovery and format data, cache, dalvik cache and system then install PA. Reboot to recover!(very important) Now you have CWM 6.0.5.0 needed for PA 4.5.
Install PA again then install PA gapps 4.4.4. reboot. If you have any problems with FCS format /system install PA 4.5 and gapps again, reboot.
Very strange. I clean flashed PA and the first day everything was good(without the dsb, but that is known bug for now). Today, the third day occurred the same problem like that
@G0711 had. SolidExporer do fcs or reboots. RootExplorer works but not always, now and then. Sometimes everything is ok, sometimes not.
I think that the core of the problem is the SDCard because 80% of the fcs and reboots happens when file explorers read/write on the card.
