I had oreo on my phone when i first unlocked its bootloader and flashed a custom rom. I have never flashed Pie firmware on my phone but i use pixel experience rom based on Android pie and it works flawlessly. Should i flash the pie firmware before installing this rom or is it okay to just flash it in twrp like pixel experience rom???

My phone model is XT 1900-2 indian version

Based on his post, if you haven't flashed stock pie it sounds like you need to do that 1st
But if you have already tried let the community know. If you tried and successfully succeeded, $$$.
If you bootlooped, then we all know we have to flash stock pie.

Does this rom include the moto stuff/apps (gestures like shake for camera, chop for flashlight, fingerprint sensor navigation etc), and if not is it possible to get them to run on this rom?

Search on Google about Moto logo maker , download that tool ,try to build boot logo ur wish then flash or u need stock bootlogo u can get bootlogo on Google or Moto x4 thread ,flash logo.bin

I was able to create a logo.bin through Motorola Boot Logo Maker and replace what I had here in another zip, thanks for the help ??

Hello, the Gapps are not installing, regardless of the version (micro, mini, pico ...) and independent of the structure (arm or arm64). ViperOS installs normally, but not the Gapps. How should I proceed?

You need to install the rom followed by the zip to fix the twrp and then install the Gapps.
Always install twrp post installation of some custom ?
