This is based on stock ROM with OTA update included. Stock Kernel included (2.6.32.17). Sense has been removed (Rosie and all widgets). Includes Gingerbread Keyboard and Launcher. Also includes the Motorola Connected Music Player. All changes noted below.
This has been tested on OLED version of Incredible and with Radio 2.15.00.11.19
Everyone should have S-Off at this point. If you don't go do that now! It's not required to flash this ROM but is the best safeguard you can take with our phones.

* If you want to use this app for Exchange, skip the Exchange part of the initial Setup Wizard and then add your exchange account via Menu -> Accounts and Sync -> Corporate
ROM is fully Deodexed and Zipaligned.
During Flash, three folders will be copied to your SDCARD.
1) Media (contains a few of my fav sounds)
2) lp_icons (contains my custom LP icons)
3) Wallpapers (contains my "Brushed Aluminium" set
DOWNLOAD PHOTONDROID2.2
INSTALLATION:
1) Nandroid Backup!!
2) Wipe Data/Cache
3) Install like any other ROM with Clockwork Recovery

LauncherPro is not included but always highly recommended. And my LauncherPro icons are included.
SimiFolder + LauncherPro = really nice setup. (see attachments)
