This is CypherOS. An extension to pure Android. CypherOS tries maintain the purity of Android while offering useful features for users. The goal is to give the highest level of performance whilst achieving Simplicity.​

REMINDER

If you're having issues and want to submit a report (Logcat) please make sure you are reporting from the stock kernel, not a modified kernel. Modified kernels can break or fix, even improve things. It depends. I can't get a full clue of the issue when you're not running the original kernel.

This is an unofficial beta release of CypherOS 7.0.0 with an in-progress device tree

- Kernel is stock and is included
- Vendor image is compiled from source
- Wifi, Bluetooth, NFC, RIL, USB, etc. all work

Note: Encryption is not forced and initial builds are permissive for now

I know, but I want to know something else. ;)

On other pie ROMs, like P3R, it will not search for other networks when you turn off "select network automatically". In this case it will still select the network automatically.

Does this ROM also have this bug?

Gonna try this rom all other aren't great lag / animation lag very unstable

@sirhc What exactly is the right procedure of flashing the ROM, if coming from another custom Pie ROM? Sure I have to wipe data, dalvik and cache, but should I wipe system as well? Do I need to flash boot/kernel and vendor separately? By the size of the zip I figure there are no gapps included, so is there a problem with the initial setup, and which gapps package would you recommend? Thank you!

I came from Oreo (November)
I wipe chache, dalvik cache, system and data.
I install rom, gapps (mini or pico)
flsh Magisk,
wipe cache/dalvik,
and less reboot.
*IF U have problem with the initial setup: u can try: wipe all, install rom, reboot, and later install gapps,
