yes i am 100% sure that BT of my device does not find any device and other devices do not find my note 2. so i cant pair them or send/receive files via bluetooth.
my steps are:
settings> connected devices> connection preferences> bluetooth> turn on> pair new device
but no device appears
also my device's baseband version is N7100XXUFOA1. does it matter?
or what does bluetooth depend on?

to send a file via bluetooth ,pairing with the other device is done first,no file is sent without pairing,the pairing process can also start from the other device

And a new question while using the roms Havoc-OS V2.7 12-07-19 and Lineage OS 16 v 11-07-19 did you have any random reboot or that your phone will only turn off? and if you are so kind you could also tell me what mistakes you saw in both roms. as you said in these two updates there were restarts,shutdowns,freezes,hang-ups in an extreme way, I'm currently using androx99 Nougat rom

androx99 Nougat is a Nougat ROM with the least error, restart is almost non-existent

Comico, can be it a bluetooth driver problem? It need a similar fix like wifi murata?
