Press power + bixby until it turns off then power + bixby + volume up and clean flash the ROM

I dont know something must be wrong with the file. even after multiple attempts phone does not pass the booting screen

UPDATE:
Rom did not boot, flashed 2 other roms they worked but now phone does not detect sim card
trying to flash back to horizon4.7

Yes I did.
I fixed the phone now by downloading the stock firmware flashing it and then flashing back to horizon 4.7 now.
SIM detected now.
but something wrong with 4.8
