Installation steps:

• First of all make sure OEM Unlock is on in developer settings
• Make sure you have TWRP 3.3.x intalled
• Make sure your phone is charged to atleast 50%
• Download the ROM, transfer it to your Internal Storage or SD Card
• Boot phone into TWRP (Power off the phone > Hold Volume up + Power + Bixby button at the same time)
• Do a full wipe including Dalvik Cache, Cache, System, Data
• Flash the ROM and restart your phone (First boot can take up to 10-15 minutes)

About bugs:
Not known.

Thanks for the report, try to use other Camera until I fix it. Thank you very much. ROM Control was accidentally not removed, it sadly doesn't work on Note 8 yet.

I forgot to mention I tried also Footej Camera 2 and also didnt work (black screen with app buttons but app not closing). I am now trying havoc 3.7 but when u fix camera I will go back for horizon

Strange, because there are users already using the ROM and giving feedback in our telegram group how smooth it is..
Please try to clean flash the system fully and do not install anything like ROM control or so. Maybe try to flash other custom kernel which works for your device.

Dont flash romcontrol.zip after u flash ROM and it will boot (also you can flash note 9 wallpapers and language addons without problems). If you flash romcontrol app you will gona stuck in bootloop.

I was in another custom rom (Deluxe V26). After this rom yours can't start, bootloop.
I flashed a normal Lineage based rom (Sakura), tried it and after this rom flashed yours again - it was succesful.

The problems, what comes after flashing: 1. face recognition doesn't work (the process starts not); 2. iris recognition doesn't work (process started, but stopped with an error).
So I gone back to deluxe...
