Bootleggers ROM is an aftermarket firmware based on Ground Zero Open Source Project (GZOSP) and brings custom features with the most useful apps on your device, with the goal of "Making you feel like 家".

Using the stability and compatibility of GZOSP, this ROM is also packed with some custom wallpaper (Dawn by fxckingdeathwish), ringtones, and fonts, to bring to your device into a more fresh look, also with a selection of apps, header packs and wallpapers (on ShishuWalls app).

Also, we got our Google+ Community and our Telegram Group to talk about the ROM and share some love if you wish!

Here's some small answer to your questions or just answer to questions.

Q: Bootleggers? Why? What does that even mean?
A: Bootleggers (on a context of toy bootlegs and related stuff) are the people who take an original idea or product and make their own version, obviously on a low-quality way.

Q: What does the chinese/japanese thing means? I don't get it
A: According to google (and take the meaning of this with a hundred quotation marks) it means home or family. We want you to use your phone and feel yourself comfortable, and like it, like you'll be at home.

Q: Can i make Bootleggers stuff like wallpapers, logos and stuff?
A: Of course, feel free to do it, we will love it. 

Q: Do you have any Telegram/G+ Group to chat and share stuff of the ROM?

The screenshot action in HW buttons doesn't work.
I did a reflash and cache wipe just in case, seems to be an soft problem.
I would be grateful if u can fix it, cause I'm using those a lot.

Had some drain issues with Pixel Exp Pie that's why..

Very good work with this ROM in general, works smoothly and stable to be a beta.

The only comments I have about this ROM is:

1) Work on the CPU temperature issue (sometimes claimants exceed 70c °), but not with the battery and GPU, both remain extremely stable without rising.

2) Other perhaps improve a little more the fluidity of the system in general.

3) probably this item is related to the 1, and is the battery consumption, at rest the consumption is minimal, much better than the stock or another ROM, but in use, the consumption drains very fast (using it not to play, but with social network applications and common use such as listening to music)

my best impressions:

1) I tested the Bluetooth with different codecs without problem.

2) I tested the mobile signal and it works better than the stock version of MIUI, extremely stable and with an impressive quality.

without saying more, they have done an excellent job and I hope to see this ROM very soon in a stable way running on a lot of devices, I hope they will be served by my little feedback, a lot of success and happy holidays.

Try floppy kernel heat issue.

On sound I working.

With sim I have no problem. I also use both sim.

DT2W is a known issue and will surely be fixed soon from bootleggers team.
