Damn, I've come back for this rom. It is ten times better than android 10 roms. Android 10 is full of bug. I miss this smoothness more than dark mode...
Perhaps you'd like to contribute to the development of Lineage 17.1 or Android 10 based roms?
I'm curious what bugs you've had. I've been running Pixel Dust and have only encountered a few bugs, nothing that discourages daily driver use.
- headset bug, doesn't detect my earphone and if it does, sound doesn't come out or it'll show the headset logo even though I already pull out my earphone ( I'm use my earphone all the time so this is a problem )
- random reboots / black screens / bootloops
- if I left my phone idle for a minute or so it'll shutdown ( I have to restart all the time )
It still does happen on lineage os but not as often, maybe it's the battery problem. I'm buying a new phone anyways- realme c3
I bought the og pixel because it is selling cheap in Malaysia, it is RM 350 (still a lot money). I kinda regret it because the battery is small and the included battery has not been replaced as it is a refurbished one. I know I can change the battery to fix the short battery problem but the battery is apparently expensive, so I better off buying a new phone. I wanted to bought the realme c3 because it has massive battery ~ 5000 mah and the essential stuff like fingerprint scanner, powerful soc ( I don't really play games but it's nice to have) . I don't mind the 32GB storage and the micro usb.I once have that headset problem with my home-built ROM but I fixed it with someway I can't remember how, should be software problem, you can use Lesser AudioSwitch from play store as a workaround.
btw how could realme be any better than OG Pixel though?

Long story short the of pixel battery is sh*t, the realme is better because of the 5000 mah battery. Still trying the lesser audio switch so I cannot really give an update yet.
Update your adb driversI am having a strange problem.
I have not plugged the PixelXL into my desktop computer for many months.
When I plug it in, ADB devices shows no devices.
The PixelXL shows "USB debugging connected".
I have tried 3 usb cables - same result.
Any ideas?
The new 17.1 is such a humongous mess.
Wish I never sideloaded it.
Will take days to "maybe" get things working like they were 7 months ago.
So disappointed.
Wish I left things alone.
Let me know if you find or build any 16.0 builds. I think Android 9 is best for this phoneHas anybody archived the last official build 20200408? I'd like to build the 16.0 branch for myself, but I found nothing on the wayback machine of 16.0 branch.
Hi, the 16.0 branch is based on Android 9, if you prefer Android 10, you'll need 17.1 branch.Let me know if you find or build any 16.0 builds. I think Android 10 is best for this phone
Yeah that was a typo I'm looking for the latest A9 16.0 buildHi, the 16.0 branch is based on Android 9, if you prefer Android 10, you'll need 17.1 branch.
I still didn't find the last official 16.0 build, but the maintainer PMed me a workflow without using existing ROM zip package. I tried and it works fine for me.
BTW, I remember I manually archived the last 17.1 official build on Wayback Machine, have a try.
