My 25 GB of photos is suddenly gone, from my phone.
Yesterday, only 9GB was free.
But today 34GB memory is free in Esexplorer.
The folders are still there. camera, pictures & sub-folders...
But the photos are gone. Only few photos are there in each folder.
Has anybody else experienced this ?
How to recover them ?
Even Google photos app (that has backup & sync enabled) is not showing the photos (th3 deleted ones).

Looks to me like a lot of people are having issues. I'm done with this ROM for the time being.
Hello there, there is a long time I'm waiting for jumping on Pie. At the beginning, I waited to Xposed, and after I didn't have time to give it a try. But finally I decided to quit Oreo and flash Pie.
I'm on the latest Oreo built. What are the steps to go on Pie ? For sure I need the Rom and the Gapps, I know...but is there another step ?
If you are on 5.0.8 FW, It's possible you need to flash 9.0.X FW before RR, as all LOS based roms are using 9.0.X FW AFAIK, in order to get a 100% working ROMHello there, there is a long time I'm waiting for jumping on Pie. That's all you need. Be sure to do a clean flash though. Also, you have to download magisk zip separately if you need root access.

Resurrection Remix and all LOS builds relies on OOS Pie Firmware, so you need to be updated to avoid issues
I don't recall having to upgrade firmware, but good point!
This should be the latest/the one we need, right?
Having a strange issue, I have used the smartbar editor to add several app shortcuts and turned on "expanded desktop: hide navigation" to make a quick swipe-up launcher.
But unlocking the device is extremely slow with the global "expanded desktop" switched on if it's hiding the nav bar (same with the "both" setting, but not status bar only).
The longer the screen is off/the deeper asleep, the longer the wake up takes and long enough it fails and I have to reboot. This doesn't happen at all and wake up is nearly intact instant if expanded desktop is off or only hiding the status bar.
I use fingerprint unlock, but the slow wake happens if I try to use the power button as well. Any help is appreciated!

Have you tried resetting the navbar to its default values, just to narrow down the source of the slowdowns?
If it's extremely slow, even with factory settings, then it must be something with the navbar, if not, it's maybe some shortcut you added (maybe too many?)?
I reset the smartbar to default settings and again, with expanded desktop (hide navigation bar) set there is long delay unlocking and it gets worse every unlock.
I then tried switching to the default navbar with the same settings and it was even worse; too several tries to unlock the phone and the status bar/navbar flickers several times on unlock.
It seems to be something to do with the expanded desktop causing the nav/smartbar to auto hide. Can any one else replicate it?
Tested both the 20190810 build (the next most recent to current) and 20190417 (the oldest
7.0.2) and found the same laggy wakeup.
I didn't go any older because coming back from 0417, even with a restore, broke a few apps and settings, and this is my daily driver.
Hopefully it can be fixed in a future patch.
