Tried reflashing back from stock?just installed a fresh version of the rom on my Pixel 2 XL
followed each step on page 1 to a T.
but I have no network service. any idea of what I should do?
yes I tried flashing while the phone had the stock rom, but it's wasn't working and some of my App's Pokemon Go Specifically wasn't working. said can't rum on that OS version.Tried reflashing back from stock?
I've been using this rom for a week or so now and our network service where I live is horrid but I get a connection no problem.
So PD is back for taimen with Android 13.0

Notes:
Thanks to @spezi77 for this awesome ROM and the support for building it for taimen.
- ROM zip includes minimal gapps, no need to flash separate gapps package
- Flash it like any other ROM, no repartition is needed
- Build includes aosp cam, you can disable it and install Google camera directly from Play Store
- Build is currently permissive
- October 2022 security patch
Thanks @ReallySnow and @PixelBoot for their work on taimen
Enjoy!

No, I do not maintain kernel separately.Awesome! is the kernel available for flashing separately? will there be updates to this ROM for security patches and general bufixes?
I'm psyched that we're getting the new stuff on this device. it still feels pretty snappy!
Nitin you absolute legend I couldn't be happier to see this. Will flash when I get home. Am I correct to assume with October security patch the ROM is no longer permissive? Here is the build with October security patch:

It's still permissive, I'm trying to get enforcing working. May be the next build will be enforcing and will also have OTA updater inNitin you absolute legend I couldn't be happier to see this. Did you flash the magisk module required for that?I flashed this ROM a couple of days ago and I love it! My 2XL feels brand new again. Thanks a million! But I'm unable to get wifi-calling to work. Has this been an issue for others?
Yes, you also need to format the data partition as mentioned in the release post - take backup and do a clean flash.I tried flashing the latest Pixel Dust caf 13L to my taimen but wasn't successful.
I was getting an error message. Something like "image size low to flash zip".
Do I need to wipe system too after booting TWRP successfully?
Note: I'm on PixelDust AOSP 13L
No, I haven't rooted yet, actually. I didn't realize I need to add a module for wifi calling. I'm pretty green, honestly

Its a known issue, just turn off that song recognition thing in settings/sound&vibration/now playing and turn it off...found a bug - i tried playing music with Spotify and when I turn off screen the music stops abruptly (pause play randomly).
Also music gets interrupted when I unlock the screen.
music playback works fine if I keep screen turned on.
Any help on how to fix this?
Thanks, looks like this worked !Its a known issue, just turn off that song recognition thing in settings/sound&vibration/now playing and turn it off...
I'm testing them - trying few things and as the March is already here, I thought to release with March ASB.Nitin, love what you have done so far. Keep up the great work!
Edit: BTW...What's the difference between the 1702 eng and 824 user builds. They are not yet ready for release?
