[ROM][Pixel 3 XL][12.1.0_r5] PixelDust CAF Android 12.1 for crosshatch [18 May 2022] [Stable]

Help, I have a problem root flashing magisk.zip in TWRP or even I flashed it with adb sideload for Pixeldust android 12, it doesn't work. If I try to flashed magisk patched boot, the screen will be untouchable, and I have to reflash the stock rom again. Any help?

1. booting into fastboot
2. fastboot flash boot_a magisk_patched-23000_RWrep.img
3. fastboot flash boot_b magisk_patched-23000_RWrep.img
4. reboot phone
5. check magisk app.
6. done

2nd, I installed the October Factory Image.
3rd, I got into the bootloader and fastboot boot twrp.img.
4th, I did everything and once I flash the room, it just turn off and turn on in the TWRP main menu.
For the record, this is the logcat:
Is there something that I am missing?

Yeah I have the same problem. It crashes as soon as I try to install the ROM.
And this is what finally worked for me after I gave up after fighting with TWRP for half an hour.

Also, is there a ''Always Display'' feature on this ROM?
I have not found it. I do know that when a notification comes, the screen turns on, but it is not the same as the screen keeps on with the clock and that...
Sure, it has Always On Display. The setting preference is in the same location as it is in the stock ROM: Settings>Display>Lock screen

Also, this ROM has been pretty fantastic. There was a performance regression in the graphics that makes it seem a bit more stuttery than before and the audio does weird things from time to time but everything else has been great and getting this kind of battery from a Pixel 3 XL is wild.
I charged the phone to 88% so this isn't even representative of a full charge.
Edit: Nevermind, updating and keeping root was easy. Just downloaded the boot image, patched with Magisk, sideloaded the new update, and flashed the patched boot image. Couldn't be simpler.

PixelDust ROM is an Android 12 ROM inspired by the original Google Pixel firmware with full support for Material Design 3.
PixelDust CAF is based on the Code Aurora Sources, more commonly known as CAF. CAF ROMs are therefore generally considered to be more optimized for Qualcomm’s Snapdragon SoCs than AOSP ROMs (in performance, RAM management, battery, etc.).

Caution:
Coming from any previous build or other ROM requires a clean flash.
Dirty flash:
You can dirty flash between PixelDust 12.1 AOSP and PixelDust 12.1 CAF back and forth. But you have to be careful if you have Magisk installed. Here it is recommended to uninstall Magisk first, only then flash dirty.7
1. Back gesture
Pls check whether you have enabled the option "Accidental touch". This could interfere with the back gesture.
2. Icon pack
It is likely that the icon pack has a problem or isn't compatible with Android 10. I have installed this pack and it works like a charm: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.arandompackage.flatconsblack
