Question... Is there a way to remove system apps on this rom? I've tried to remove the YouTube app even with magisk installed it gives apps that are able to remove system apps root permission but in the app remover app itself it says that I'm not rooted

Use TWRP file manager would be the best way to do it I reckon

Had the same issue. I removed Magisk and went back to SuperSU, all was well.

Sweet good idea do you know Where would the app be at for me to delete it? Also I think super super would be nice to go back to but it's so confusing to install and magisk has modules which is really nice it's almost like Xposed lol

Twrp mount system first, the app would be in /system/system/app or /system/system/priv-app

I think it's probably fine. Since I'm using the international version so I'm just flashing the NZH54D vendor

I would check with the developer @BeansTown106 and obtain his permission prior to posting such a build.

I'm running PureNexus 7.1.2-20170509-OFFICIAL with an old vendor image - NHG47K - and my OK google is working just fine.

Also, on boot it tells me that my "vendor image doesn't match, please update to XXXXXXX". I haven't flashed it because I was afraid of breaking something. If I just do a ADB flash of the *.IMG it tells me, should it just work fine?

You'll be fine, I went from pixel dust to this and flashed the vendor image, it all worked fine
