I can also confirm this behaviour. Works on OOS 12 beta 1 but not on any custom ROM, also have the same carrier
How to flash this, my custom recovery is gone or I can just use the rom recovery?New Build Up!!!

Installation
To Update using PixysUpdator: switch to permissive selinux and download , it will switch back to enforcing after installation [permissiver]
or as always you can clean/dirty flash with aosp recovery

Hi guys! I still have my O+ with stock rom, but would like to know if 5G is working on this rom?
For some reason Vodafone PT has issues with every rom but OOS12 Beta 1. Other carriers seem to be fine though
I'm a NOS user, so I won't have issues? I'm on OOS android 11 and no luck with 5g
I can't even keep custom recovery after I flash it successfully when I tried boot to recovery.its just show lineage lookalike recovery but function like stock recovery
Did you try to flash TWRP recovery instead of Lineage one?

So? Whats your issue , twrp doesn't work well in a12 u can flash magisk on provided recovery
Well by tapping on my screen I was able to restart
everything has become normal .... weird
I always do a clean flash via ADB
1-flash the rom
2- data format
what i did for this new version

Oneplus camera issue is known and i don't have more time to invest on that so will be removed in future builds
Fast charging does work it depends on many factors like ambient temperature , battery left etc
Widevine l3 is expected behaviour blame oneplus for that i can't do anything about it
Though some lucky people does have l1 in custom roms including me -

- Backup your personal data (Important)
- There are GApps and Vanilla builds
- Download the edition you wish
- Boot to recovery (TWRP recommended).
- Wipe the System, Cache, Data and ART/Dalvik cache.
- Flash the ROM.
- Flash the root solution of your choice (optional).
- Reboot your device.
The ROM has GApps persistence in between dirty flashes, so you only have to flash them once!
The root solution should be flashed together with every update (= ROM Update)
Currently Supported Root Solutions:
Magisk stable
Magisk versions higher than 14.0 doesn't require flash on every dirty flash depending on the device, some devices need you to flash it every time, unless your maintainer says otherwise it should be fine
