Installation
First be sure your data partition is ext4
1- Download this files :
halium-install
Device Titan udev rules
System Image
Hybris Boot
Plasma Mobile Rootfs (download the latest)
2- Extract and put all files in same folder (device_titan_pm.tar.xz don't extract it, will be used in installation)
3- Reboot your device to recovery mode
4- Run this commands

./halium-install pm-rootfs-20180209-155413.tar.gz system.img -c device_titan_pm.tar.xz

5- Wait until phone reboot
6- reboot phone to bootloader mode
7- Run this command

sudo fastboot boot hybris-boot.img

.

Note : This rom not for daily use.

I cant install the rom. Everytime I flash the archives I need to reboot manually and reboot um LOS

after installation finish, reboot to bootloader mode, and if you want just test rom without reinstall LOS run this command

sudo fastboot boot hybris-boot.img

Nothing. Shows the Motorola Logo and turn off. When I turn on boot on LOS 14.1
I installed cm 12.1 too but stay the same

Your data partition is F2FS change it to ext4

Ramdisk Problem

In actual version, the rootfs have 1.2GB of size.
But titan only have 1GB ram.
Result: TWRP reboot.
