This Rom works for Locked and Unlocked Bootloaders!

After any Update I recomend you to wipe Cache!

For Locked Bootloader:


1 - Flash Any Stock Rom Using FlashTools.

2 - Root and install CWM using this pack: Root And CWM.zip

3 - Enter Recovery, Clear Cache and Davilk Cache.

4 - Download Gin2KitKat Rom And Flash it with ClockWorkMod.

5 - Reboot and play for a while.

6 - Reboot a second time and Enjoy!

The Rom iitself is 2.3.7 but has ICS User interface and xperia S features. Try enabling software rendering btw. Also what have you got to lose? Backup your current system and If you don't like this then restore.

There is a brilliant speed and if you want a little more of a push if your using demanding apps like a n64 emulator you can overclock but it isn't needed. The gamepad and touchpad work in everything I've tested.

Rom is actual 2.3.7 built and modeled with ICS and Xperia S UI and features. Not a theme, includes system apps and such. Keep in mind this is only a Lite version the heavy version is still to come.

It uses certain elements of the true ancestor series and as far as I know the dev is fine.
