Soo do i have to flash the stock rom and reflash this one??
Wait is there any one ui 5.1 core for samsung m21??

I just upgraded one of my SM-M215G devices to official A13 and its OneUI5.1 Core Version (Baseband M215GDDS3CWD1-20230522142126). Though I'm not able to flash any A13 GSI on it using (TWRP-3.5.2-m21-v3.1-A12.tar) , the oem unlock button is partially greyed out but not fully, its still light blue color, dunno whats going on , I relocked the unlockd the bootloader 3rd time now with no interference in setup process but I feel Shamshung might have introduced Bootloader Unlock Waittime just like in case of Shaomi devices :-/

Try unlocking through the adb command
It should work as usb debugging forcefully carries out operations without the need for root

Thanks for the help, I'll surely try ADB method as soon as I find the unlock commands and I'll let you know if that worked.

I only found fastboot commands to OEM-Unlock Andoid but nothing about ADB commands for shamshung devices, do you know some secret adb commands for the same? Thanks again.

Even if oem unlock doesn't work
There is actually a way to unlock it via odin tool
I am not sure but i have read it in a partition information changelog for Samsung device
If you reflash the same bootloader partition in your device it should unlock the bootloader at the cost of your data wipe
Its still worth a try to be honest

I did flash the old A11 Stock ROM via ODIN before but it showed Binary 1/3 conflict error :-/
Is there any other method to force it.

I.e
The BL and CP
Flash those both along with the firmware

Hi friend, no way nothing happened, I regret upgrading from binary 1 to 3!
This CWD1 baseband bootloader is half-unlocked I think. Look, this phone was never used and its still got about a months warranty remaining. Its in a mint condition not a scratch. I only tried diiferent GSis on it but now only official A13 Stock or 1UI5.1 zip ROM will work. I can lock the bootloader again, If you know anyone who might want it (M21 2021 Edition) just tell them to PM me. I will be glad to sell it off for whatever amount or exchange with binary 1 installed device. Pls help.

You can try to develop new things by using the source from your phone and using the phone as a testing device

I'm not developer btw, I have no background with development or programming, I am a Data Science student just.
No since my device is still in warranty I'm thinking of bribing the shamshung service center guy to downgrade it to A11 or maybe he can unlock bootloader for me. Its my mistake because Fredin said I didnt relock my bootloader before upgrading from A11 to A13 Stock

Firstly, TuliRom is great but the bootlogo shows "Powered by TukiRom" & it has your pet dog "Tuki's picture", some of my friends were scared to flash because they think this Rom is Hacked !
Also can you tell what is China Manager?

Not a dev but ...

And secondly
China manager is the chinese version of the legacy Samsung's smart manager app
Tuki rom is going under really good development and pretty active dev and he is indeed working hard
Tuki rom has some flaws( i think they are fixed) but yeah overall pretty good
Still sticking with lpos reborn no offense to the dev he is doing a good job

2> The Shamshung recent firmware upgrade CWD1 might have some patches that makes rooting problemtic. I flashed TukiROM1.2 with Magisk 26.1 (boot.img patch method) the first time and it worked but as soon as I connected to wifi somehow it upgraded to Magisk Delta (thats how I came to know about the existence of Magisk Delta). Both Magisk 24.3 & 26.1 are not surviving reboots even after flashing (Magisk.OTA.persistence-v1.zip). So staying rooted on a stock factory rom is still an issue. I will try TukiRom1.3 though I request OP to compress the ROM file from 2.7GB to lesser if possible.
3> Since Magisk is either bootlooping the device after reboot/ After flashing Magisk/or Magisk patched images not surviving reboots, so when I flash the Stock boot image it goes straight to download mode with Vbmeta signed using public key etc errors, or if I flash Magisk patched boot image from TWRP it stuck on Shamshung logo.

#EDIT : WOW! TukiROM1.3 Great! Smooth flashing process! Though I dont like 1UI very much but Tuki is great. Well Done Dev Pachadomenic

I only tried Tuki1.3 for about 2 days (I was in a hurry to downgrade from A13 to A11 so), but still I did find some tiny issues like :
1> The Task Bar (TB) when normal is a good innovation but as soon as multiple apps are open it displays at least 3 icons on the TB which clusters up the TB.
2> In the Settings menu when we go few levels deeper and press the back button it directly takes us back to the main settings page which is a degree of incovenience.
3> As with most Latest Stock based ROMs , Magisk (specially the zygisk versions) doesnt seem to work all the time, it doesnt hold through a reboot often(even after OTA persistence zip)
4> Grass Kernel seems to lag a bit (at least in 4Gb RAM variant) even after adding extra 2GB Swap memory on top of existing built-in Swap of 2GB. But thats not the ROMs problem.
5> Tuki1.3 was really smooth (reminded me of CleanOS3.1) just some more safe lag-free customizations probably and Tuki will be a good challenger to Treble Roms but I dont think 1UIxx Roms will ever be as fast and smooth as Treble/Lineage Roms. But 1UIxx has advantage of Volte & other features.
I Think Tuki1.3 is great though

Selamun aleykum. I really like the ROM, thank you for your fast and fluent work. But I have small improvement suggestions, I think it will be better if you bring game booster feature and galaxy store app. It's a bit boring in my English, but I hope you understand.
