This is a port of the latest US Unlocked/Developer Edition HTC 10 base:
PERFUME_WL_N70_SENSE80GP_VZW_NA_Gen_Unlock_2.51.617.32
This base was built on October 10th, 2017 and includes the latest security updates up to and including October.
I have made sure to port in the latest important Verizon parts.
You should find these builds to be as rock solid as a stock build, if not better.
Keeping things ODEX for speed, better ram management and better battery life.
