[ROM][Port][4.0.3] Codename Android 1.6.0 03/28/12 Beta 5.1 "Bacon & Poutine!?!"

First thing is first:
YOU ARE FLASHING THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK

READ THIS POST FULLY DO NOT POST QUESTIONS THAT ARE SOLVED HERE BY READING THIS POST.

DONT LET THE STAR RATING CHANGE UR MIND ABOUT THIS ROM, IT IS THE MOST USELESS XDA FEATURE AND SHOULDNT BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY.​

Here is a port of Codename Android 1.5.5, this rom is going to start out as a port based off AOSP *THANK YOU IMILIKA* and once we are able to *ICS for note official* this will turn into a full source base build and i will be working with CNA to help make all of this happen for us.

i will add more to this over the next few days/weeks keep a watch out.

BUGS:
-most things from aosp,
-call graphic glitch when receiving a call *you can still decline or answer the call*
-and you tell me.
-switching to ffc makes it unable to go back to regular camera *force close in manage apps.*
-in tablet mode do not disable notifications from the tray *systemui will crash and u will have to wipe
**if you do not flash pc odin cf repack please dont post any bug reports.
**mobile odin will do but no SOD posts

i HIGHLY no matter what rom you are on, recommend re-flashing cf repack via pc odin.
Coming from ICS
-back everything up *apps/rom/launcher/sms/ect*
-put the zip on the internal sdcard *cna*
-boot into recovery and do a factory data reset
-flash CNA
-reboot.

*if you did the repack via mobile odin i recommend following the GB steps below and using PC odin, no SOD since i did. *yellow triangle can be removed with an app but i rock it with pride *

Coming from GB
-back everything up *apps/rom/launcher/sms/ect*
-put the zip on the internal sdcard *cna*
-download CF Repack I9220
-flash via PC ODIN PDA slot*important* *also unzip the .zip to get the .tar file.
-when finished phone will boot into recovery just press home to boot phone.
-let the phone settle after boot then reboot into recovery
-do a factory data reset and clear cache
-flash CNA
-reboot.

-build.prop dpi setting changes *changed to ro.build.characteristics=tablet*
***note if you want a certain dpi you need to # the new line and un # ro.sf.lcd_density=200 in the build.prop
-jpg pictures should have a huge boost in quality
-no more delay when making a phone call to time it connects.
-smoother scrolling through out the rom
-more build.prop editing and cleaning up *most edited stuff at the bottom now*
-probably more.

5.1 changes: DO A WIPE IMPORTANT THINGS CHANGED USE TB OR OTHER BACKUPS! fixed settings fc, fixed market download and fixed a few other things, rom should be good to go now until i get at a new version maybe next week.

it is recommended to wipe, but you dont HAVE to, but if you run into any issues that you cant find in this thread, please wipe and re-install CNA and see if problem is still there or not before posting.

THIS BETA IS A WIPE! Backup with TB then data factory wipe then flash this rom.
no bug reports if this is NOT done.

i included Chris.X's Vending.apk in beta 3
-menu-settings-app-all find market, clear data, force stop.
-put THIS apk on your sd and install it like any other apk app *dont move to system*
-menu-settings-app-all find market, clear data, force stop.
-reboot

Changelog Beta 2:
ADB working *usb not. use Droidexplorer on pc to access your sdcards.*
Phone.apk can now go to 190 dpi without crashing
Market should be fixed, post if it isnt.
Phone mode soft keys fixed *see post 3 for the fix*

Note: you can flash nowipe overtop of Beta1, anyone else follow the instructions.

Also fixed beyond 1.5.5 changelog:
-gps should lock quick and accurate *might not first time*
-gallery now sees internal and external sd
-graphic glitchs in both tablet and phone mode gone.

i have no clue if anyone will port smemo/planner to aosp, that would take alot of work as they are pretty tied into twframework-res.apk

dpi issue. either find chris.x's modded market in aokp thread *search modded market* or change dpi to 320, install the phone apps you want, and switch back to tablet mode.
