Do we need to do any other modification except pressing Y whn asked? The tool is amazing
and last question u r using S2 or nexus i hv both PA Roms want to port thm myself, it feels grt once again thnks to brajesh & kadavil for this magical tool. 
You need to be in tablet mode to get the navigation bar like that.... That's what you're on about right??
I tried in any single mode, but all I can get is menu scrolling tablet like (nice feature indeed!) and status bar at lower border. But no wallpaper, no clock, no onscreen buttons, nothing. Only the classical AOSP look as said above. Thanks.
for on screen button, just go to settings - system - navigation bar and check
The widget is ultimate custom clock widget (uccw) and it has to many option for clocks, weather, bat, etc.
post a screen of ur settings... also check if u have ParanoidPreferences in /system/appnop, cnt find it there...
cnt find ParanoidPreferences there..
