Installation

Step 1 (Rom)

1. Download Rom and Gapps and put the zips in sd card.
2. Go to recovery (Recommended Recovery)
3. Wipe Data/Factory Reset, Cache, Dalvik Cache.
4. Mount and Format system. (mounts and storage)
5. Flash the Rom.
6. Reboot.
7. Recomend reboot again after 1º boot


Step 2 (Gapps)

1. Go to recovery (CWM/TWRP)
2. Wipe Data/Factory Reset.
3. Flash Gapps
4. Wipe Cache, Dalvik Cache
5. Reboot
6. Download and install Latest Google Play Store thanks to @ecs1984
7. Update all Google Apps
8. Enjoy ;)

Damn smooth rom but gapps not working

Despite the solution you provided in the FAQ the google apps keeps on crashing :crying:...but seriously the rom is very smooth and fast...
I believe this rom is the fastest rom i have used till now...4.2.2 acer's look is also good ...

Next update will have some build.prop tweaks and hope i can find the solution to gapps problem.

Instructions to flash gapps to fix google services are in main thread. Its working and tested by me.

Guys i need more feedback from you to continue this project.
I need to know what is good and what is bad on this rom so i can improve it to better levels.

Slow Scrolling in contacts

Is there some issue in scrolling?
Scrolling in contacts is too slow. feels like a lag.

I think its a phone app issue. will try to install different contacts/dialer app.

Overall the ROM is Best.
