What works:
Almost everything, check bugs!

What doesn't work / Bugs:
RIL (For now we're using Galaxy Tab S4 WiFi as base for better stability)
Settings have extra options (CSC stuff)
Brightness only works up to 30-40% so use my widget to use all brightness levels!

Use Automate app from Play Store and import this flow as a widget and put it on Your homescreen!

Note: SetupWizard might give You a soft reboot. Just wait 5 seconds and continue with SetupWizard. After that everything will be stable.

How to Install:
Make sure You're on MIUI 10 Oreo China Dev

Note: Backup Your nudes before flashing the rom! It will wipe Your internal storage.

Windows Users:
Extract the zip somewhere.
Reboot to fastboot and plug Your phone in.
Double tap on flasher_windows.bat (Don't run it as admin)
Wait till it finishes flashing.
Boot TWRP
Mount Vendor
Flash GalaxyTabS4VendorPatcher.zip
Now Flash DMVerity Disabler.
Done! Enjoy Your rom!

Linux Users:
Extract the zip somewhere.
Reboot to fastboot and plug Your phone in.
Open terminal in folder with rom files.
Use:
chmod 777 flasher_linux.sh
./flasher_linux.sh
Wait till it finishes flashing.
Boot TWRP
Mount Vendor
Flash GalaxyTabS4VendorPatcher.zip
Now Flash DMVerity Disabler.
Done!

Warning! DO NOT flash Samsung OTA's! They may brick Your device! If You end up flashing one anyway, just use EDL mode or fastboot to go back to stock firmware.

I flash the EU stable rom. and flash This rom and reboot my Mi PAD 4.. boot is succes. now i setup my device.. My device is offed.. and back to bootanimation. and i try setup again. and my device is offed. back to bootanimation too..

Sorry guys. I forgot to mention that You need latest China Dev firmware. I've been using it with China Dev for entire day and it runs really well. So try to flash China Dev first. Also I was extremely tired while writing the guide so check it out again. Forgot about one step. Sorry! (24 hours without sleep). You have to flash dm verity disabler (it should have fbe disabler built it) after flashing vendor patch. And then everything will be perfect

I secced boot and using now. wifi ,galaxy apps,and etc are working
During setting, my device sometimes reboot, bur now that issue is disappeared.
I find bug, if i use earphone or bluetooth earphone the sound still can be heared through speaker.
except that i don't find other bugs.

Everything is now working perfect. but one issue in this rom. if i use earphone with this rom. rom is not Recognition the earphone. So sound is not on the earphone. bluetooth earphone is not wroking too. its need fix.

Using this on regular WiFi Mi Pad 4 (not plus) and everything works flawlessly but not face recognition, I think that might have something to do with the Tab S4 having an iris scanner.

You should fastboot flash China dev 9.1.17 before installing this rom.

I hope you can adopt lte version becouse you version just for wifi only

Turn on Dex, go Settings > Developer option > Minimum width > 838
