Well im gonna try to port over the Nexus Player rom over, already have nexus 7 sources built. Hopping there's no stuttering, its really a killer.

Starting a new thread. I am moving my build environment to Windows Azure, currently syncing repos in my Ubuntu VM. Should have something ready by the weekend. No promises through.

Please at least drop a link in this one to yours so we can easily find it when it is started. I look forward to playing with it. If my nexus player would hurry up and ship i would be even more eager to flash random stuff to my ouya...but at the moment it is my main xbmc box until the nexus comes.

The latest official ouya update crippled my ouya.... keeps trying to get me to connect a controller (I'm using FLIRC w/ my regular universal remote, so i don't want a controller, thank you very much). Everything is sluggish/laggy. I'm now really wanting to flash something else on this box... so just know that i'm rooting for you :) If I could help, i'd offer help, but i have no idea what to even do to help!!! Good luck!

Wow! the new update for me won't even install, so if android TV somehow gets working on OUYA, I will be flashing it right away. I could flash the new update through the recovery, but I don't have USB keyboard at the moment.

lartomar2002, correct. It was due to removal of the Android masterkey exploits. Thankfully I killed the OTA updater. Some updates usually ruin a good thing for us (especially the case with Motorola smartphone users, as the updates usually destroy the bootloader exploits. Luckily I got to it before they hit me with nasty OTA updates.)

This is the trouble with some companies nowadays. Thankfully they haven't locked the bootloader (although it's a matter of time).
