just downloaded joyos from chinese forum .. yes u r rght nice rom .. chinese r doing gud with all the customization but xda rules as they use xda sources to make all tht "chinki" stuff

@tarunyad : If JoyOS is ported already, I wont give it a try. You go on and post a thread on xda so that everybody can use it.

@zed_fauji: no, lewaOS is 85.19 MB. If something gone wrong with download, u can use mediafire or dropbox mirror that is posted in the OP.

just edit the build pro

how much time does it take to search a ROM? everybody can do that.
IMO, if the ROM is already ported, its working gud and can be converted to English then there is no point in porting it once again. We are not here to take credit man, we just wanna have fun and let everybody know what's happening elsewhere.

Please go on and make a thread urself of JoyOS. That way you will save a lot of my time too.

IMO, if the ROM is already ported, its working gud and can be converted to English then there is no point in porting it once again. We are not here to take credit man, we just wanna have fun and let everybody know what's happening elsewhere.

.. but its really painfull to follow up a thread .. i think i uploaded the port ..so anyone who can create mirrors and can properly follow up a thread feel free to use it

only English and Chinese languages no google account so not able to sync contacts with
gmail
no google play
the calendar only in Chinese lang
a lot of luging
file explorer did not work properly
wait for a better version
it is not a speed rom
and it is in froyo sbf
so no DEFY+ possible
for mine opinion is worst than the original CM7.1

for google play, install gapps.
dude, u need to understand that this is a CM7.2 ROM with a new UI. performance is as gud as a CM7 ROM.

yes calendar is in chinese language and for that we need a translator (it would be a waste of time though )

file explorer is perfectly ok, u just have to wait for sometime when u open it.

And this is just a share, even I dont keep it as a regular ROM.

JoyOS I have not ported yet, planning to port on sunday.

by that time, u can give a try to LewaOS. It worths a try.

why port? It's ready to use... if you can add more languages that would be a great
contribution to mankind

but if CM7 or MIUI (based on froyo kernel) is working then surely this will work.

If you are on BL7 you must be having GB build . But since this is for froyo build you have to flash froyo sbf with BL7 . That should do the trick . There is a sbf leaked for froyo with BL7 . Check that out and be careful not to flash wrong SBF .
