Install:
Important! Do wipes only before flashing ROM!
Wipe data factory reset
Wipe dalvik
Format system
Install zip from sd card
Reboot
Enable force GPU Rendering and Reboot to aplly changes.

According with kernel source, I think that it´s based on GenetICS.
