I can't replicate it, can't consider it a bug. In any case, that would be a bug with OneUI itself, can't do anything about it.

Hello, excellent custom rom. But there is a problem in the camera option. When deactivating the automatic hdr options, the scene optimizer remains active no matter how much you deactivate it, in the sotck rom that does not happen, since when taking a photo and viewing the image both effects are applied. Poor, the rest is excellent, it would need a little more fluidity at times it gets stuck and others it doesn't...

A: No, I included A52 4G specific vendor with hw libs. This will only work on A52 4G
Q: Will this work on A72 4G?
A: I have no clue. I've been told HW is very similar with a few lib exceptions but I honestly have no interest on supporting this device. Anyone else is free to try and flash and fix it for A72, you've got my support.
Q: How can I report a bug?
A: Try and be as detailed as possible on how you encountered the bug. If you can include a logcat then even better. The more information provided the more likely it is to get the bug fixed.

You can just flash the ROM without wiping data which is called a dirty flash. In theory you shouldn't encounter any problems because they're the same base so the phone will treat it as an update.
Right now I'm on stock One UI 5 January update. Can I still Install this ROM(considering it is on December update)?
I just have one question. If I make NANDroid backup with TWRP and I restore the backup after installing this ROM, will everything be the same as before flashing the ROM?

Prequisites- Orangefox or TWRP

Instructions!- Add zip to either internal memory or SD card
- OPTIONAL but recommended: Format data. This will erase media too.
- Flash zip via custom recovery and read the on-screen information. ROM installs in 2 steps.
- After step 1 is complete, you should be able to reboot to recovery and flash the zip again
