Hey Fonso I don't know what happen when intended to download your revised v1.7. I applied to download directly to my phone and never show the signal that show me it's running. It's not working with this kind of downloads. The updates from GP was show in the status bar. It's normal??? Have phone restrictions which I don't know??

Thanks a lot.

When I installed, I used the dark theme. Is there an easy way to change to the stock theme or do I need to reflash it? Thanks

Thanks. I can't seem to get my phone to connect to my PC through USB. Any ideas what I need to do differently. I don't see the typical USB debugging setting and nothing pops up when I plug it in.

try this:

* Settings > Storage > Menu > USB computer connection > Try changing the mode.
* Try using a third-party app. Download this APK and install it. Click Allow when the Superuser prompt comes up. Reboot. Now, when you connect to the computer, a blue USB connection notification will appear. Toggle it to enable the USB Mass storage mode workaround.
* A possible solution, using a computer app and an Android app in conjunction, has been created. Check out this for details.
Finally, some people have had success with this app to switch between MTP <-> USB mass storage mode. (I know it says only for SGS1, but it works.)

cheers

Great post & sources Fonso. There are good UsB workarounds listed. Im Going to have to test them.

Strange. I got home and my home PC found it right away, loaded drivers, and no problems. For some reason my work PC didn't load any drivers. Both Win machines.

Not really having issues on Fluxi but did notice faster battery drain. Could it be from that fast dorm app? I'm not really sure since I don't know anything about it and that's the only thing I know is different. Still battery drain is not that bad.

I was trying out CM10. Jelly Bean. Which is pretty good. Really like how fast and smooth it is. But to many bugs still. So I did a clean install of Rootbox and didnt load Fast Dormancy this time. I get great batt life with out it. So Im not really worried about it. Thanks for that link though. It provided me with an explanation and thats what I wanted to know.

Turns out it has something to do with my laptop dock. If I plug it directly to my laptop...no problems. Not sure why the dock has a problem as I have used it with several other ROMs but no biggie either way. Thanks.
