I was also facing Black Screen Bug but I fixed it in a strange way :angel:
My mobile is Qmobile i9 (replica of MMX A120). I installed Carbon Rom and I was also facing black screen bug. So I installed "Cyanogenmod 11 Beta 2 patches" (click here for the patches ) :p . After installing those patches I restarted my phone and the bug was gone...
The only problem as far as I know after installing those patches is messaging app stopped working and some functions of Carbon Rom got deleted/replaced like lockscreen a little changed!
That black bug will be fixed if you install any one patch or both patches. (from link). :p

For some reason kernel sources have 4 different LCM drivers. Then i disable and keep only working for me.
But i think qmobile and some other clones have different LCM, then i re-enable this in sources, look here:

Checked it. Had already read about it before at smokermans Blog. Unfortunatly all the mentioned tested KitKat Roms are 4.4.2 and I had bad luck before with some of smokermans "solutions". (Imho) Too much flashy talk and hyping (nothing Personal! ). Can someone confirm that this is working on this or any 4.4.4 Rom? Would be awesome.

****** Does not work with Cyanogen cm11, will test Pacman tomorrow.
