1. After flashing this rom, my phone is stuck on a green htc logo, although I can access lock screen, what have I done wrong?

Ans: Probably, your phone has booted so you have done nothing wrong, its normal.

2. Help!! My wifi has stopped working, what to do now?

Ans: Make sure you have followed the installation instructions included in next question.

3. Sorry for the noob question, but how to install this rom?

Ans: Power off your phone. Now press power button and hold volume down key. select fastboot and connect your phone to computer. extract boot.img from the rom zip file and place it in ur adb folder. Open command prompt, navigate to adb folder and type the follwing command:

fastboot flash boot boot.img
Then boot into recovery and install the rom.

4. Help!! After flashing this rom, I have lost some of the functionality of the phone, what to do now?

Ans: No need to cry, just restore the backup of stock rom and everything will be normal once again.
