Hello, I'm having problems with moto camera app, can't record video on back camera, it says "cannot start video capture another app may be using the mic". The front camera can record, and in the google camera app everything works. Anyone else having this problem? Any ideas of how can I fix this? thanks
I clean installed and nano gapps, and then download Moto Camera, opened it and it show the error
I'm using last release of AOSP Extended with magisk 17.1
I'm on the latest version of this and I still can't get the official MotoCamera app to work properly. I want it to record video because the various pixelmod Google Camera apps all take choppy video despite any setting change. The GoogleCamera picture quality is phenomenal, but the video from the original MotoCamera was very good and I can't get anything equivalent with any other Camera app.
The problem is that the MotoCam app says
>microphone in use by another application
Every time I try to record. Doesn't matter what apps I force stopped, or what version of the official motocam I use. I always get this. This sucks not being able to record video because the quality was fantastic.
Any help solving this?
Hello, someone told me how to fix it. You have to edit the build.prop and remove the line that says 60fps preview. Make sure to do a backup if somethings goes wrong. I did that and it seems to work, and I have no errors after that. Now I can record videos. I hope it works for you
Please help me I am facing battery drain issues with this ROM but I don't want to leave it. Please help. And i have a gcam error whenever i take front camera portrait mode selfies the photos come out green. help please:crying::crying::crying::crying:
You need to be on nougat firmware in order to use finger print and nfcCan anyone help me....?
I have flash this ROM every thing is fine except the finger print option is not available and can't use anything related to finger print...
I flash this over stock Oreo....?
Well. Overall a very nice ROM. Features are usefull and look good. I´ve had some random restarts, sometimes when opening an app the phone stops for a second, I can tell cause the clock stops the seconds counter and, if it does not forces a restart then it just comes back to normal operation. Installed the Pie version.....
I have installed Viper4Android from the Magisk repository, other than that, any mods at all.
Hopefully this bug will be fixed soon. Great job
Can I flash this on 8.1 stock rom?
Do I need any consideration before doing that?
Consider installing ArrowOS, as regular Potter user I was disappointed with AOSP Extended ROM, it had some minor stability issues and updates stopped coming. I feel good with that other ROM. Take a look.
Ohk. I'll try the Arrow. Appreciate the help
Oreo firmwareOhk... Thanks for the suggestion ?
Can you tell me about its requirements like which firmware or twrp should I use?
And please attach the link for that rom. That would be very helpful.
Thank you again mate.
