Try using 'Format Data' on TWRP, then wipe everything and do the installation as usual. If you had your phone encrypted, this is probably the issue.

I have already tried wiping everything but still no use. Do we need 32bit or 64 bit opengapps?

Ever Potter ROM I've seen since since Oreo has been 64 bit (not including stock)

Use the gapps 10 beta from the sourceforge link in the first post.(nano/pico).

Thanks guys, I was finally able to install it using latest opengapps. Everything running smooth without any issues so far.

No, if you enable it, it cause bootloop.

I installed the latest build, can anyone confirm that "style and backgrounds" still doesn't work? (Nothing changes and I just click on "grid" crashes)

Also on whatsapp when I have to take a picture, it always makes them green ...

I don't have the issue of the color. I can change the color whenever I want.

The grid bug is common. To change the grid of the homescreen: long press in homescreen > Settings. It's the only way meanwhile
