So I flashed this rom to see what all that fuzz is about the UX part and noticed every UX part sticks with English while all is setup to be Dutch. Anything I'm doing wrong or is this a glitch coming with the port?

close to stock and no where in the OP does it say that this rom is themed. (it's not)
So what do you expect to see in screenshots of it, it looks 99.9% like the stock firmware
or stock rom.
There are many additional features the dev built into this rom but they have nothing to do
with the appearance of this rom.
If you want it to look really different than stock why not visit the Samsung theme store
which you can find in the settings of your phone and select a theme that suits your taste.

But it says clearly that it has new UX design (take a look at the changelog). How the heck I'm supposed to know the "new" UX ?

Thanks but I have already seen it. The only thing that bothers me, is that it may not the exact "copy" from the new Note 5 UX design but something that looks similar to it OR it will have some of the new changes. Anyhow, I will wait for the screenshots

After all the reason Samsung offers all these updates is to make sure that we can always have the latest and greatest
firmware which usually has a few new features, some bug fixes as well as addressing many security issues.

Updating firmware is optional but if you are not already on the latest PF2 firmware it would be a good idea to upgrade.
