Try clearing app data of playstore and other google apps that you have installed.

I'd cleared up the app data for playstore and there is still "Couldn't Sign In" error appeared. Any ideas?

In case someone runs into Settings App Issues, Replace the Settings.apk in priv-app folder with Settings.apk from iHackers v4.1.

haha I'm more interested in iHackers 4.1 than in settings.apk...

Same problems on minimal, can't sign in to Google. Confirming that flashing gApps fixed it.
No US English Language Region on startup.
Problems with Settings, pushing Settings.apk doesn't work. Settings disappears.
edit had to change permissions to rw-r-r for Settings to work

You don't need to flash the whole Google Apps pack for this, installing GMSCore.apk or moving it to priv-app folder would be enough. I deleted it as I was going to replace it with a new version and then I forgot about it.

You can take the apk from any KitKat ROM or the Google Apps Pack whose link you posted..

I haven't looked at it properly yet, but I don't think it will work with kitkat. I will have a look at it before releasing the next version. This one's already ready.

I installed pure stock minimum as new Rom... Fresh installing but I have two issues
1- when I open language sittings it will force close the sittings
2- I can't add Google account... It says try again later.
