mtce-utils can remap the Opel panel - also read, that on the newest MCU there is a profile for CD600 panel.
Search on 4pda for how to use mtce-utils.
Also try Buttonmapper from play store, als the Back and big Knob may be mapped inside Android.
I have a CD450, the panel keys correspond to those that indicate but for example I do not have home button, it is the main key I want to remap and the aux key remap it to the music application. But I can not get mtc-utils to work

I've tried. but mine already have some functions. And when i press them i get the default function and then the mtce-utils function. So let's say i press the NAVI button. right the default action is PAUSE/PLAY and i attach WAZE to the button also. When i press it ...the music pauses and it starts WAZE.
I would be helpful if i could stop the first command. I have NAVI650 on my car. If you have and advice, please help me.
mtce-utils can do several different things.
Usually you want to capture the keycode on press and then tell utils via *.ini to exec something when the button code appears.

feels like I'm missing a command in there, but you gotta find the infos on 4pda.
As I mentioned earlier, please read my posted link and try the Keytest.apk
The mtckeys are not recoqnized in the app, but Android keycodes show.
On my CD400 panel there are 2 keycodes from native Android (Menu via big knob and Back via back-button)
Those can't be remapped via mtce-utils, but via Android key layout

hint: try a terminal app and execute the button codes, then compare to Android native and 4pda mtce-utils list to find out from where the codes origin.

Cannot enter recovery mode after flash
Hi all,
After days of reading I started today to updated my Pumpkin PX5 with Android 8 to Malaysk Firmware.
I first created the boot SD and exchanged the image file as documented.
I restarted my device and immediately the setup process started (Recovery 6.1.2) and finished with „Doing Actions succeeded, please remove the sdcard......“
I removed and it loaded the black screen with car on it (looks like background).
So from this point I tried to restart my device again to go into recovery and flash the firmware - BUT I cannot reach recovery mode. I always come back to the car pic.
I also tried the reset button but still no reaction.
Any advice would be great.

I have the same problem. Mine drops my tether constantly. Almost impossible to stream.
No an atoto a6 pro is not a px5 unit, it's a much older quad core mtk 8127a 1.5 Ghz unit.
The px5 is rockchip a53 octacore unit.
I have both units, an atoto in the wifes car, and a witson px5 in mine.
The atoto a6 is okay, but slower than the px5.

I have already finished doing the firmware for PX3. I started doing for the PX5, based on the android from September 1, 2017 factory firmware HA.23Restoring killed (brick) device after unsuccessful flashing for PX5 android 6.0.1 MTCD-MTCE. Using a bootable SD card1. Download the archive and unzip folder SD_Firmware_Tool_For_PX5_android_6_0_1 it to the C drive in root. It is advisable to do this on a Windows 7 computer.
2. We insert the SD card into the slot on the computer and start the program SD_Firmware_Tool.exe

5. After creating a bootable SD card - insert it into the device and turn it on (or press the RESET key)
