Please help, Black Screen after Update

Hi, I'm new here in this Forum but I have used it alot for research. You are doing great work! Never stop
Now I ran into a problem:

I updated my Headunit (A-Sure PX5, Rockchip, MTCE_LM_V3.01c_1) from Android 8 to Android 9 using the Hal9k Update. I think I did a mistake (I inserted the SD-Card with the update.zip (HCT4_px5_9.0_ota(20191104)升级包) and installed it. The installation was successfull (I thought), back in the recovery I made a full wipe and then rebooted. But nothing happened. I only get a black screen with button lights on. I tried to get into recovery but it doesn't work... Now I think I have bricked my device. I would be very pleased if you could help me.
If you need more Information about my system, please let me know.

Hi.
I have this bluetooth module 7OC-MD-705 in my radio. Do you know what type of module is? Because I've a problem, my phone pair perfectly with the radio but there is no way to make a call from radio or reply to an incoming call from the radio button but only from phone. if i make a call from my phone or reply to an incoming call from my phone i speak and hear perfectly from radio mic and speakers. In the bluetooth app on radio all is ok , my contacs are visualized perfectly but if i try to call one of these pressing the button on the radio nothing happened. My radio is a MTCE KLD 2.71 with Malaysk ROM 6.2. The same thing if i try to call with "ok google", the radio try to make the call with the bluetooth radio app but nothing happened. Someone has some tips?

Can you fix it now? Me too, can't contact, I don't know bluetooth module 7OC-MD-705 in my radio. Do you know what type of module is?

I am also in the same situation. It feels like I have tried every possible sd recovery option I can find. I believe my next step is to restore the SOM with with the OTG method. Is there any progress on your side?

No. I ended up buying a new head unit.

I'm getting exactly the same error as this.

I've tried on USB, on SD card, i've tried removing one while i install it from the other.
I've tried downloading the V2 of this custom ROM several times, i even tried the stock firmware that i downloaded from another thread and still no luck.

I even tried using the built in update, where as soon as you plug in the USB the device detects an update on it so asks if you wish to wipe and install, it still fails .

Was this ever fixed?
Having the same right now. Tried Kingston, SanDisk and the original sd cards with no luck.

Got this fixed - you just need to change the file name from dupdate.img to update.img.
Hope this info helps somebody in the future...
