Contact author of buggy firmware directly, but your head unit is not an MTCx device.
Noticing the Bluetooth tethering sometimes works and sometimes does not with no rhyme or reason.
Go to Mod settings -- > Application ManagementI've seen some Posts complaining about the immersive mode not working, but wheel disse you guys find this settings ?
I'm currently running halk 9mod 5.0.0 and couldnt find it
First, try to change to a different bluetooth controller in the factory settings, see message#2,371. In order to find out which Bluetooth module you have, you will have to disassemble the car radio, the marking should be on the BT module. I have a problem-free WQ-BC6.I'm having issues with Bluetooth not working. Sometimes it connects, others it does not and sometime scanning for devices returns nothing. It's very intermittant. Is there a way to find out what bluetooth module I have inside my unit (RBT5753-1 PX5)? Thanks!
I had a problem that the tethering worked but bt-music did not (after messing with the settings in 5.1, I could not get it out of tethering mode even with full reinstall). After 5.2 update the bt-music started working, and tethering did not. The only "setting" that changed was the (car) bluetooth name in bt-setting app (form i30 to deafult CAR-KIT), I don't know is there some bug that did that, but I am quite sure that the name change affected something. Is there any trick to getting Bluetooth Tethering (internet via Bluetooth) to work on this ROM? I've enabled it in factory settings but I have a feeling that might be for the other way per se. On the phone side, the option to share internet via Bluetooth is enabled for the head unit's Bluetooth entry, as well as the general Bluetooth Tethering setting obviously. Mine doesn't work at all, all apps show no internet/network.
I have a PX5 and I know it's supposed to work with this head unit as it's shown here:
Me too. now my wifi card is down. cannot activate it.
I posted this update for PX5, some days ago, give it a try, it may solve some problems, for me works perfect. What kind of things do you mean that you posted?
Yes I mean the google assistant, so "hey google".
have you tried the one I posted a couple of days ago in a new thread? updated end of July 2023.Hello,
unfortunately, the voice control no longer works properly for me.
Immediately after a restart it works until the radio is put in standby, then the microphone is no longer recognized.
Have already deleted the cache of Google and google maps, no improvement.
Will reinstall the google app next, if that works.
Does anyone else have the problem and could possibly solve it?
All apps and the OS are up to date.
With kind regards
In order for Android Auto and Carplay to work, you must activate Z-link in the factory settings. And for Z-link to work, it must be activated by the seller. But if you don't have an integrated or external adapter, it won't work for you, contact the seller, maybe he has an adapter in the menu. For example, Isudar uses K-Box, but it is no longer for sale. If apps like Brave don't work, then disable and uninstall Webview updates, or buy updates, mod 5.2.0 solves the webview problem.
I read all the messages. And not only on this forum.
