2 intermittent bugs that I've found.
- at 0:10 an example of the FC, at 0:45 after restarting the car while track 8 was playing this track doesn't resume and is no longer available.

- Z-link FCs sometimes when waking from sleep. Is there no way to disable it? I have tried in app settings but it doesn't remain disabled.
- Music playback doesn't always resume with AIMP when the music is on a USB drive. Here are my manage applications settings (AIMP not in the first list). I think what is happening here is that it is trying to resume playback before the USB drive is fully mounted - is it possible to add a delay when resuming playback or waiting until all USB devices are mounted? This works perfectly with music stored on the device.
One more suggestion - maybe List of players that restart after sleep should be renamed to "List of players that resume playback after sleep" to avoid confusion if I understand the functionality correctly.

Hi, I can report similar with mod v5.0.1 on Dasaita MAX10 with the latest MCU version.
1. Z-Link sometimes crashes. Auto-connect is disabled by me. I have iPhone. I use only BT connection for calls. No CarPlay. I need to make a screenshot next time it happens. Not so frequently and not a problem for me.
2. I have the same mod setup/settings as yours, but instead of AIMP, I have Spotify. Playlist is downloaded for offline use to main storage. I turn off the car. When I start it back on, the apps that have been opened before are started again - Waze, Spotify. Spotify remembers the last song played, but it does not automatically start playing it.
A workaround that I use - Agama Home Launcher. Autostart Spotify after 5 sec. In Music app setting set autoplay to on. After I start the car, Agama starts Spotify and in 10 seconds resumes playback.
It will be great if I can find a way to resume the playback automatically with the standard launcher without using Agama.
There was no setting for this in my factory settings, so I used the third party apps volume setting in the MOD settings and used tasker, now it works like a charm. Thanks for the tip!

This macro pause/play and close Media Player App.
For example
If you had listened music with aimp and switch to Spotify,
AIMP will be paused and than closed, Spotify playback will start automatically.
1. Pause the last Media Player app
2. Close the last Media player app
3. Play the new media player app.
Add MacroDroid to the list of apps, that doesn't close while sleep.
Also, remove media players from the list of apps, that shouldn't work simultaneously, this macro handle this process better, because there is a pause command before close. On this way the position of playback will be saved between switching through different media player apps.
Add media players to the list of Media player, that should restart after sleep.
You can import this macro in MacroDroid. Grant all the rights MacroDroid need.

I have just upgraded to version 5.0.0 of this ROM.
I am going through the process of reinstalling my favourite apps from the Google Play Store.
One of the apps will not download as it tells me that I am running an old version of the Google Play store and I need to update it.
I have gone in to the Settings of the Google Play Store and then clicked on the current version number, a notification pops up telling me that a new version of the Play Store will be downloaded and installed, but then nothing seems to happen.

I forgot to attach the script that I have setup for Spotify as only music player. It does start playback on device wake up. It does not stop playback when you open Spotify to change playlist, etc.

The installation is similar to a regular firmware update:
- Copy the firmware file update.zip to a USB flash drive / memory card formatted in FAT32
- Connect the USB flash drive / memory card to the device
- Set the "Wipe data ..." checkbox and click the "Install" button in the window that appears.
- After installation, the device will automatically reboot one more time to complete the Magisk installation.
If you have Android 9, 8 or 6 installed:

Q: Bluetooth MD725 does not work, although everything worked before!
A: If the MD725 Bluetooth module is installed in your HU, then it will not work in Android 10. The reason is that its driver was removed from Android 10.
Q: How do I know if I have such a Bluetooth module?
A: On the first page of the factory settings, in item BT, MD725 is selected.
Q: Bluetooth SD-968 does not work, although everything worked in Android 8!
A: If the SD-968 Bluetooth module with firmware made in March 2017 or earlier is installed in your HU, then it works in Android 8, but does not work in Android 9 and 10.
Solution: replace the module driver /system/bin/sdsdk968 with the old version. Do not forget to set permissions 755 on the file.

Just wanted to say thanks for making this. I know that doing such things is a huge amount of work and even doing "small" things from the user's perspective can be days of effort.
I have installed the mod using your mod installer, spent the past hour reinstalling everything and setting it up just the way I like it. No drama, no issues. It just worked and now I have a newer version of Android installed which runs a little faster.
People tend to only comment here if they are having issues. I blame human nature. I just wanted to tip the balance a little in the other direction with this comment.
To anyone else reading this: just pay for the updates if you like it. It's €10 for some excellent software which clearly has a lot of effort and love spent on it, and is a fantastic deal.13
