The question is how to get it installed. For CSN2 units there is a thread. It found an Android 10 earlier but as I remember the directory structure is different and needs to be restructured. In CSN2 thread there is a Tool and Notebook is necessary for flashing real Android 10. I've no clue whether rhis would work here.

I had my home router connected to the internet, I switched to the mobile access point and the magic was done. I have already paid for the full version ... waiting impatiently for the OTA update.😁

This update is not for CSN2 units, it is for S32F0 units. Erisin factory says its a real Android 10. Installation is easy:

"Download the files on your computer=>Unzip the file =>Copy them into the root of an empty TF SD card=> insert the card into GPS card slot=> A screen pops up to ask if you need to upgrade?=>Please choose upgrade=>The unit will update automatically.

please choose"wipe data and format flash" then click install, this is very important.
Do not power off the unit during updating, it may take 6-10 minutes."

If I don't have the "Malaysk full Rom" installed, I would go for a test. But if its a real Android 10 I cant get back to 9 and in the end I'm not able to install the Malaysk Rom again.

Hi tino199,
enable developer Mode and look for "permanent dark mode". After activating, all settings screens are readable. Please let me know when you don't find it. In this case I'll try to post pictures 😉

Hi guys,

Sorry in case I write a double post.
I had written my problem in German although everything in this thread should be in English.

My problem is, as with some users, that in the Bluetooth app the error of the missing authorisation file comes up.
Which I had tried based on some replies here:

1. car radio is connected to the internet.
2. i click in the bluetooth app on the buttons available and on the error message itself.
3. i have already changed the device language from german to english.

Unfortunately, the problem persists and I have no Bluetooth.
In addition, I would like to use the full version.
However, my serial number under system update is 012345 and this does not change even after rebooting the device several times, as @Malaysk wrote in an email.

I have attached 3 screenshots in order to find a solution.
I used the 2nd link from the first post. The first link caused an error and the update failed - the second link then worked without problems.

@hurcoman - Sorry, but my problem still exists

The 2nd screenshot shows AUTH: -1
However, every screen here shows the number 0 (zero).
Can this have something to do with it and how can I fix it?

Reflash the Original Firmware,
1. Wipe data (all)
2. Reflash the Stock Firmware (ask seller for it)
3. wipe data and Cache

Install Lite Firmware
Now the serial number Show corectt up

did the last minor update change anything in that respect? for me the swc is still not working. also the song name / station titles do not update properly anymore in the agama launcher. everything used to work properly like 2 updates before... kind of annoyed since the swc was one of the main features i use...

sorry for ignorance but i don't know how to enter developer mode i can't find dark mode option

    Possible problems :
    The serial number is replaced by: Unknown or 1234
    Solution :
    To get your serial number, try:
    1. Connect to Wi-Fi (you can create a WiFi hotspot in your phone and connect to it).
    2. Make bluetooth pairing to your phone.
    The serial number is generated by the MAC addresses of the WiFi and bluetooth modules.
    3. Reboot after that the device 1 or 2 times!
    You can reboot in the Settings Mod and click on the circle icon in the upper right corner. The reboot menu will appear.
    Check if the serial number appears.
    The Bluetooth application says that there is no license.
    Solution :

Almost everyone who has installed the full version (there are of course many exceptions) believes that if he has installed the firmware, he has every right to life-long support FOR ANY QUESTIONS - I repeat, for any questions not at all related to the fact that a new one has been added or fixed in comparison with factory Chinese firmware.
    This is mistake. You have installed the updated version, which we have been developing for a very long time and keep it in good shape. To be honest, I'm tired of answering all this, I'm not tech support. I (and also Graser) are just finalizing the factory firmware. Every day, without days off and holidays, I lose about 2 hours just answering letters.
    From now on everything will be different - install the LITE version of the firmware - test it completely, if it FULLY suits you - go to the FULL version. If you have any questions ONLY on the points that we have added - changed compared to the factory firmware - we will be happy to answer, we will solve problems.
