[ROM]Pyrana HTC U12 0.9 last 1.53.401.3 (custom)* 04/05/2019

Hi,
It must be in stock 1.43.401.2 and install the update OTA which will be proposed in update.
The problem of the U12, it is not known to flash the 'vendor' so it takes the base 1.53.401.5 to put my custom.
PS:
Do not forget to do a full bckup before any custom ROM installation!

thanks, now i have a little problem, im was in viper u2.0, from twrp i make a full wipe i flashed your last rom but now i stay in bootloop...
i can enter in downloade mode and fastboor mode, but i need your help to re alive my u12 thx

now i try again to flash your rom, and the digest from twrp write "this rom its for htc duglime" "your is htc ime".....now im on serious brick....
any help please?

the correct fw 1.30.401.2 i find it, but cant flashable from twrp......

Stock U12 + Dual Sim

Rename the file in: 2Q55IMG.zip
And copy it on the micro SD (SD max 32 giga!)
Switch to downloade mode and follow the text ... The rom will settle new.
PS: Once installed go to update and install the 1.53.401.5 OTA version.

@Alan-B your rom, im afraid, but its impossible to install, i started always from stock 1.53.xx then in recovery wipe all, flash pyranha, then reboot, and always in bootloop! now im in stock1 anyway thanks for your work

It must be double sim and Europe version (DUGL) cid 001, 034, j15, A07 .
The U12 is not obvious and the flash it takes patience that everything is put in place it can be long! and reboot several times before everything stabilizes! When not used it may not seem to work !!!

Mine it's dual SIM, Douglas , Cid 034.....and believe me I find it to install several times...

The problem comes from TWRP not in rom !!!
I just tested with the command fastboot boot twrp-3.2.3-2-ime.img and install my rom and it's the cat !!
Nothing is ok and my internal SD is erased !!
So it's not my rom, it's TWRP that messes if it's just in memory and not fixed!
Attention also to version 3.2.3.3 it is not at the top according to me !!!
PS: I will post another version later ..
But it will be necessary to install TWRP 3.2.3.2.zip and fix it ...

again, ive installed twrp 3.2.3.2. format data partition, wipe system data cache and install the rom, at reboot the same of yesterday, ive the reboot in continuos...something its wrong in zip file?
i downloaded pyranha rom for 3 times....

Thought I had lost my U12 with a flash test via TWRP 3.2.3-2 launched with ADB affraid total crashing of partitions and more way of using ADB !!!
I spent half the night fiddling and I reinstalled the stock 4 times, before launching an ADB command works again..So be careful! it is better to install TWRP in rom to launch a flash of .zip.
PS:
I will be able to resume reliability tests, but no longer launch a flash via ADB! but with TWRP installed in rom ..
I deleted the link temporarily. Post another once everything is Ok .. version 1.53.401.5 is very complicated!

I know! I am Francophone!! not easy to explain in English (I know very well what I'm talking about) .Making a .zip installation of a custom ROM with TWRP in memory (launched via ADB) can give big problems! It's better to install the TWRP 3.2.3-2 in zip. and restart this TWRP to flash. * TWRP in memory is not permanent and does not stay on the device !!!!!!!! and gives more errors in editing partitions *
PS: If you think on XDA that I do not know anything about it, I can withdraw, no problem. I have only been Rom for 15 years.
Just that the U12 is not easy!

je sais! Je suis francophone !! pas facile à expliquer en anglais (je sais très bien de quoi je parle). Faire une installation .zip d’une ROM personnalisée avec TWRP en mémoire (lancé via ADB) peut poser de gros problèmes! Il vaut mieux installer le TWRP 3.2.3-2 en zip. et redémarrez ce TWRP pour clignoter. * TWRP en mémoire n'est pas permanent et ne reste pas sur l'appareil !!!!!!!! et donne plus d'erreurs dans l'édition de partitions *
PS: Si vous pensez sur XDA que je n'y connais rien sur le sujet, je peux me retirer, pas de problème. Je ne fais des Rom que depuis 15 ans.
Juste que le U12 n'est pas facile!

@Alan-B i tryed to install with adb sideload (error), with some versions of twrp 323.1/2/3/4/5 nothing, always after install, reboot and then i have always reboot, i think its something wrong in update script.....

That's what I explained and I encountered the same problem with the ADB command.
I had to reinstall the stock rom and all over again update 1.53.401.5!
If you are not used to various flash problems and commands it's not easy!

The best technique:
copy on the micro SD
twrp-installer-ime-3.2.3-2.zip, and
Imagine_touchscreen_hexpatcher-CPTB.zip
Via ADB launch 'fastboot boot twrp-3.2.3-2-ime.img'
And in TWRP install TWRP.zip and hexpatcher
This time restart the TWRP which is installed on the HTC
(enter bootloader and select recovery)
There will no longer be partition editing errors that have given problems.
And we can flash .zip with less risk of problems!

PS: Do not try again for the moment! I will redo more tests before posting a new version if it is stable

She is deodexed and rooted.
Backup before using caution and use TWRP 3.2.3-3
