There is, the developer knows of it. Right now the only way I've found to avoid it is by using the fingerprint while the screen is off then it doesn't appear

You could have just asked that in the telegram support group. Any ROM that uses april patch vendor files needs CTC9 libexynoscamera3.so

I saw so much confusion online regarding subject that I thought it would be useful to leave this specific info here for anyone going through the same issue.

What did the trick for me was using specifically the lib-s10ectc9 file from the telegram channel (All the others just gave me a black screen and app crashes).
I followed step by step the video tutorial by a guy called ali salim on youtube.

That's kinda wierd, everything works fine on my exynos s10e. Well I dunno about calls over Bluetooth, I haven't tested those. I'm on BTA

Hi all, after a couple of days of rom usage I can say it's pretty stable BUT... I faced an abnormous usage of cpu. Never in deep sleep (neither during the night) with hot temperatures and huge battery drains... That's a pity.. I will switch off from my daily use..

Hey you can fix the fingerprint bug yourself.
Decompile framework-res.apk
set config_needCustomFODView bool to true and recompile it.

I had the same problem, but there is pretty Simple solution. You should do a clean flashing (clean data before flash ROM) and enjoy very good barttery life.

Face unlock was removed from Evo X sources.
