Could someone let me know how to flash both sloth?

Easy.
Download firmware images.
Run flashall.bat
wait untill thats done.
boot up.
restart the phone and hold volume down untill bootloader mode comes up.
run this command. "fastboot --set-active=other"
rerun flashall.bat
BOOM flashed to both slots.
P.S. you can also go directly to flashing the rom after wards if you hold down volume before it restarts when its done.
P.S.S. then fastboot flash boot image and go to recovery and install.

@fKm

Yeah first AOSP Rom. Very nice:victory:
But: Is it with Gapps? And if yes can you make builds without Gapps? Not everyone likes Gapps on the phone.

Gapps are included. The ROM doesn't support excluding Gapps, so Gapps only build ✌?

Dammed. I'm afraid it already but well the hope is dying at last.
Then i will remain at phhussons quack gsi vanilla builds. Nevetheless thx for releasing and put time into this rom.

Hopefully there will come roms in the future which can exclude gapps so that we have the choice.

Please forgive me if this is ignorant, I'm just curious as to what would not allow your rom to work on a standard size pixel 4? I was under the impression the only differences between the standard and XL are battery size and display (dpi, resolution and size)
I'm just trying to gather knowledge so again, forgive me if this is a stupid question. Thanks in advance!

they only share the same kernel. Since the kernel source is unified on both devices, you can usually flash the custom kernels on both devices. If a kernel developer chooses to introduce changes that will only work on one model, this rule of thumb can break too. Like you said a change to the display driver could be a possible cause.

Like the OP already said: The pixel 4 and the pixel 4 xl don’t share the same device tree.

What’s most obvious, why do you think there are separate factory images for both devices to download? ;)

It is not broke, it is just not supported in AOSP ROMs because that code is closed source. Nothing we can do, blame Google ?

This is inaccurate. Squeeze doesn't work because the developers working on DU device trees haven't finished Active Edge/Squeeze yet, so the device tree you're using doesn't have Squeeze - nor does any other device tree for Pixel 4/XL. Wait until SOLI (motion sense), Squeeze and Assistant code is merged into the device tree and you should be able to get those features working in your ROM builds.

Yep I used the provided boot.img. I booted right into quiche and everything is working. DU WHAT WHAT!!
