damn, who needs a light version... this is amazing!

I watch it kill off apps automatically so haven't experienced any sense reloads yet - seems that this rom is actually doing memory management effectively for a nice change compared to the other gb sense roms ppl have tried porting to the hero so far.

Outstanding - the full one with the social media apps etc is so quick and responsive and stable that it feels like a good eclaire sense rom to me.

I'm quite shocked at how good this is.

will be interesting to see how it runs over time and with phone calls etc.

Ive run the test version for the past 12+ hours and its as stable as any other. I have mine set to 652/352 via SetCPU as I always run and its great. I tend to setup my non "sense" roms very similar to stock sense so this feels very familiar.

Will re-flash with the lite version when its here as I'm not a social network user (I put it down to aspergers) and hope the ree'd up ram helps thngs out.

If the camera zoom is an issue for anyone, I recomend Camera360 free or paid. Zoom works well and you have a lot more settings to get good images.

Are the skins selection working yet?.... not that I ever use them.

i aint really sure but i think in the first build n the new build i made then onscreen end call button inactive.....u can cut the call using end call button though....basically i hate it when my calls keep getting cut due to the touch so i preferred to keep it like that....

clever idea. that's one area where HTC has always mucked up the hero - specially when the rom is ported from a phone that has an actual proximity sensor I guess.

hopefully that works!

hey, I pushed the htctwitter.apk from your extra apps zip into /system/app and rebooted. now friendstream actually has a working twitter account AND facebook account!

first time I've had fully working friendstream in as long as I can remember!

YAY for scrollable social networking widgets!

this rom is basically genirus salsa or salsasense but faster and with fewer (if any) real bugs. camera zoom - wahtever, camera360 is the only camera app to use anyhow on android.

I'll be curious about bluetooth stuff since I use wired headsets now while driving due to the crappy bts I used to use and the annoyance of having to charge bts or have no phone access.

anyone with a car bt system tried this rom yet?

Glad the updtes here.
I just flashed Flykernel13 to see if it has any effect on the test rom.
It does. Phone now will not connect to laptop. Tried settings etc but they just dont talk to each other.

This is damn fast for a 2.3 ROM, yeah. but i still got no themes support =/ i LOVE the signal strength being splitted into 6 bars as in the screens, but there are just 2 themes coming with this rom which i can't activate (sense fc), there are more in the OP screens; and they haven't 6 signal bars at all ... any chance to fix that? apart from that - nice work!

EDIT: WTF since i flashed this one i can no longer USB mount my sdcard Oo neither in the rom nor in recovery... what did that one do to my phone??!!!

Yup. Charging OK.
Flashing 1.5 now.
Can you tell me if the additional tweaks in the Salsa Sense page will work.
Not keen on the bubbles messaging and the last apps used in notification screen so would like to use the zips provided.

I dont even know why I am asking..... I'm gonna try anyway.
If they are ok.... it might be an idea to offer them as options in the OP as long as JieeHD is credited and happy.

Flashed Rose 1.5 ... waited to boot and after that :

1. First Impresion regarding the speed is.... WOW!
2. Second Impression regarding the most important thing for me on a rom : The rom has A2SD-EXT support ... so again WOW!
3. Think I'm going to keep this rom for a while

1 Question for you guys : LV 0.5.0 with smartass or LX 0.6.2 with smartassV2?

can we get a list of apps that have been removed on Rose 1.5 please? I can see in the Additional Apps zip that there are apps there that can be found in Rose 1.5 so they are not deleted, maybe I've missed some. Thank you once again for the port bharat_goku.

What the fork... since I flashed this one, i got no USB mount function on my device anymore. in no ROM, in no recovery.

This might be my imagination but in Scenes, the current Sprint setting does'nt feel as fast as the HTC setting, even though it is the same visual setup.

How do you fixed it? I can't install anything and after a while I get fc's even after reboot.

Could be a nice rom, but it become unusable with a permanent fc market.
