INSTRUCTIONS:
Requires an unlocked bootloader (a.k.a. qualcomm development bootloader).
Easy to check: Turn the phone OFF, then press and hold VOLUME UP + POWER until you notice a short vibration. Plug in to the computer. If the phone turns up in disk mode (USB Mass Storage Device), then you have an unlocked bootloader. IF you're in Windows, it will ask if you want to format the disk. SAY NO OR IT WILL EXPLODE (it won't explode but you might break it)
If the device detected by the computer is Nokia DLOAD you have a locked bootloader and you're out of luck, at least for now.

Assembly process for htc is different from that of nokia. I only work with nokia. AFAIK, unlock htc radar hampered by a lack HSPL. If anyone can do it, then only cotulla.

Just got rid of my sensation xe for a lumia 800 and thankfully its got the qualcomm bootloader so im about to flash this, im just wondering if hard reset is needed for this rom? it doesnt say in the OP but says to do so on other threads.

On Lumia 800 IMPOSSIBLE change bootloader to quallcomm.

By the way with sdb3 image you override the key store, which cant be restored anymore if you didn’t backup the partition before. The key store is encrypted with HW-UNIQUE Key.

ps. would be good if you say who decrypted the amss and adsp files.

Oke, i want to flash my device with this, only i dont have a clue how to do this, i flashed a couple of times with NCS, but trough linux is new to me.

Can someone please make a guide, not only for me but also for the people how will come after me, and also a guide on how to backup sdb3 partition.

lucifer, the ROM is great, but I've noticed quite a bit of battery drain.. Any ideas what may be wrong? Or how it can be improved?

Got the exact same setup as when I had it Mango Unlocked, and it lasted me for ~2days, now I can barely go a day

I have no idea what could be wrong. With absolutely same settings on 710 phone works at least 30-40 hours of active use.

710 != 800 .. Even with stock ROMS there is quite a difference.. Have you noticed any difference between stock 710 and your ROM? Then maybe we could find what might be wrong.. ?

I had no difference between stock firmware and my custom, because i do not make any tweaks affecting battery drain, except wifi n-mode, but this tweak affects battery in very rare condition (when using 3x3 MIMO router)

I've noticed the drain too, it drains at a rate of about 7-10% an hour for me, and that's only for about 20 texts, the odd bit of browsing and 10 mins of games at lunch.

Is the amssadsp.img in the OP the same as in biktors thread? Because if it is, could the fact its from 12070 fw cause an issue as this rom is based on 12140? Maybe a conflict causing the drain? I'm just speculating so correct me if in wrong
