I am now on a trip, and do not have the opportunity to work on it. At the moment we are testing pre-release version for the 800. Since the 800 testers I have a lot less, and debugging is slower.

You forgot update AMSS, ADSP and EMMCBOOT via rewrite sdb3 partition in Linux.
i have booted in to ubuntu and stuck my lumia in to flash mode my sdb3 partition is shown as a fat 32 ubuntu monuts the partition and i am able to browse it it shows a image folder and a keystore folder. do i take the sdb3 file from the first post and dd that to the partition or am i looking at the wrong area all together, you also talk about AMSS ADSP abd EMMCBOOT but these files are not posted with in your link on the first post i am a bit lost as to where i might get these. also Inside the image folder these files are present would it be a case of drag and drop the new one in to place of them

cheers

unmount sdb3 partition, and only then write posted dump to sdb3 via dd. If you don't knot, how to do it, print in terminal:
sudo umount /dev/sda3
