Ok, New build posted! You can find the changelog in the first post. Unfortunately the power menu still needs to be fixed but that's it. I'm currently using flashify to access a reboot menu. It's also a really easy way to update your recovery.

Trust me, as soon as I get the power menu to work you guys will know :good:

If you'd like some more information about the implementation of RRO support in the latest build checkout this post by @matt4321

Oh almost forgot. My github is posted in the first post and the second post with instructions has been updated as well (the correct android_manifest in the first step). So anyone that wants to grab the source and play go ahead!

I'll definitely look into adding this into a personal build that'll be forked from the official rastapop, I won't start working on it until after the power menu bug is fixed. I won't be adding it to the official rastapop though because this will be following the official rastapop code.
Thanks man!

I believe the only way to disable forced encryption is to flash a different boot img (like this) and in the device tree (like this). I have done neither, so this should be encrypted.

Currently no. I don't think @rascarlo has added this to any other devices so I will not add it to the official rastapop. However, as soon as this pesky power menu bug is fixed I'll be making my own fork of rastapop and will definitely include automount.

I don't think you can go wrong with any of the kernels posted here on xda. They all look really good. I run stock though.

Can you please add this feature, the decryption, on your fork version? I lost decryption because updating and I wonder is there a way keeping decryption while upgrading this rom?

Yea I didn't realize rascarlo had disabled forced encryption on shamu until tonight so I'm going to do the same on here too, so you won't have to wait for the fork.

Other than the advanced power menu issue, there is no other issue like camera not working etc.. Just making sure before flashing I been doing too much flashing lately :)

so will there be a way to use this rom with encryption? or is it kernel related so if I would flash this rom (the decrypted one in the future) and then for example faux kernel, it will be encrypted again?

If you flash a custom kernel with forced encrypt disabled (e.g. elementalx) before first boot, then it will be decrypted.

Dont know if I understand it wrong. I want to have my device ENCRYPTED not DECRYPTED. when I flash a rom where forced ENcryption js OFF (so its DEcrypted), can I flash a kernel with foreced ENncryption ON so my device is ENcrypted again?
