Hi,
I've installed the rom and everything seems to be working correctly except thee RRO layers.
Each time I apply a layer, then reboot, I have many force close after reboot and I must cancel all layers if I want to use the tablet.
Any suggestions or workaround for this problem ?

Booted up this ROM and it works perfect for me, I haven't had any issues yet. Thanks for your hard work.
Using this rom for a week. Like it a lot. I whish there was a mod : centre clock + navigation bar in this order recent - home - back.
I'm alivee, sorry I've gone mute lately.. soo busy. Anyways the only idea I have for people not being able to boot this rom is that it must be a kernel you are trying to flash. I have tested this rom on multiple nexus 9 devices running different recoveries, flashing as an update, flashing with just a factory reset and flashing the stock image which wipes everything and then flashing the rom and it's booted every time so you guys must be trying to flash something else that is messing it up.
Also, I've played around with the encryption and it looks like I can confirm that it does not force encrypt, so all should be good. I disabled encryption on stock and then flashed this and it did not force encrypt.
. As soon as I do I'll post it up.

I flashed this and ignored TWRP to install super root, it's stuck on rastapop boot up logo, do I need to reflash again?
Just let it be for a couple minutes. I've found the first boot will take a very long time

is 5.1 much better than 5.0.1 ? in terms of daily usage with ram and so on
I'll put it this way there are no negative effects from upgrading to 5.1. Only positive. Especially since xposed does not support 64 bit

As the title says , welcome back to business mate and thank you for the trouble you got into making the rom and having us now putting you against a wall and ask ask and ask, now may i ask....
Regarding the RRO , i've tried for hours to get them to work...however..?nothing
I heard there is a different location where the layers should be installed.. Any ideas??

I honestly haven't messed with layers for more than 5 minutes. I can look into the latest commits needed to get it working though and see if rastapop is missing any. I do remember I had to manually create a directory at root that it was looking for, but couldn't create, to have the layers app function correctly.@Guitarboarder28

I am aware of the thread , however nexus 9 needs another location for layers to be installed !
From my understanding this was resolved in the Layers Manager app. I am running SimpleAOSP and layers works fine on the Nexus 9.I am aware of the thread , however nexus 9 needs another location for layers to be installed !
I am using the same atm and it works fine as it works form you too but not in rastapop!
