This thread of Illuminative ROM is a continuation on Repack4pda V7 ROM.
Reason for continuation is that the Repack4pda V7 was a very lightweight ROM with excellent performance.
My objective is to stay as close to stock as possible to avoid bugs, and only develop in the area of performance.
So for who is this ROM ? It's for :
- people who dont care about fancy GUI stuff, but prefer performance instead
- people who use the Ray also for gaming
- people who need smooth video camera recording in HD (even with image stabilizer on...yes)
- people who are fed up with flashing rom after rom to find the holy grale...there is no holy grale, only in a movie
However...there is a warning :
The risk of using this rom could mean there is "no way back" to ICS,CM7, CM9 or CM10 as you are spoiled with the snappy performance of this one.
Q :Whats so special about this ROM ?
A: It's so lean, that after first flash, you will see about 260 MB RAM free, and 410 MB internal storage space (build 10).....WOW
Plans for future builds :
- Improve rom if that is possible from technical point of view
Tip/hint : did you know you can swipe each notification away seperately? Just swipe it to the right, and see (build10)
