swipe to the "right" for removal of notifications, it works for me, please try.

Provider, APN..all set wright... nut the data is not starting. Reboot ..set the datas again... nothing!

no apn issues for me, data works great
set APN as follows :
name : anything
apn: your providers apn
username: providers username
password: providers password
and now the important one (i hope)
APN-type: default
So fill in "default"
Then with back button, enable your APN by clinking the mark space. tag it.

To have swipe notifications you have to install the AIO toolbar . After that you can easily delete your notifications by swiping.
